The history of Chiota Aviation started in the late 90s when our owner, Felix Chiota, took his first flight lesson. On July 7th, 1997, Felix flew a Cessna 152 at CNW, unaware that this was the beginning of what would be what Chiota is today. With over 9,500 flight hours and many different avenues of aviation, Felix has grown Chiota Aviation into the great flight school it is today. With over 50 years of combined experience in the industry, our team is eager to help build up new pilots.

OUR FLEET
At Chiota Aviation, quality training is our #1 priority. In order to give you a great training program and real world experience, our fleet offers both new and older aircraft to train on. Our older Cessna aircrafts have been fully restored to like-new condition for a comfortable flying experience while not being distracted by all of the fancy gadgets on the newer aircrafts. If you prefer to train on a new aircraft, our 2021 Cirrus SR20 can help you become trained on all of the latest technology found on smaller aircrafts.
